Each pool's fee is read from the key it was created with, on the chain, rather than from the data source — whose fee figure was measured to be the total a swap last paid, protocol cut included, and not the pool's own fee. A row whose key could not be read says so.
This list is drawn from the v4 pools that traded the most on Ethereum mainnet over the last seven days — the thousand busiest pool-days, which come to a few hundred pools — and a pool quieter than that never reaches this page. The source cannot answer a search across every v4 pool before this page stops waiting, so the window is by recent activity rather than by your terms: a pool that exists but has not traded this week is not here.
